The location of the hostel was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to museums and restaurants. It was also in a safe area and close to the terminal and airport, making travel convenient. the hostel had hot water, which is always important for travelers. the 24-hour reception desk was helpful for any needs or questions. the hostel was clean and modern.

The first room was initially great - large and quiet. However, we experienced issues with the WiFi passwords, which prevented us from accessing the internet in our room.

It was located in a secure area adjacent to Popayán and the old center Popayan, The affable staff right at the reception desk.

Some rooms even have a unique second story, providing an interesting experience for guests. The beds and pillows are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel is centrally-located, allowing for easy access to the main plaza and other attractions in the city center.

There were some downsides reported by guests. The kitchens are not very well stocked, with limited pots, pans, and utensils available for cooking.
